Cancellations

Please be aware once you book an appointment that time is scheduled exclusively for your pet.Due to the nature of my business, unexpected cancellations and "no shows" are both time consuming and costly to everyone! If you are unable to keep your appointment you must phone 631-406-6191 at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time. If an appointment is scheduled and not cancelled you will be subject to a $75 fee. Email is not an acceptable form of cancellation.

Difficult Dogs

If a dog acts aggressively or is uncontrollable for grooming, the session will be stopped . The owner will be responsible for the full grooming fee and any damage to the tools or equiptment in the grooming studio. Additionally, if the groomer suffers any injury during the grooming session, the pet owner is liable for any medical expenses incurred. please be honest about your dogs behavior while being groomed. "Nips" to you can be  vicious bites to groomers.

Matted Dogs

It is the responsibilty of the pet owner to keep the pets coat in the best possible condition for grooming. Any severly matted dogs will be shaved, if you can't get a comb through the coat, neither can the groomer. During the striping of the coat latent medical issues can be discovered. Even though all necessary precaution will be taken, it is  possible the dog could be nicked during the process, the groomer will not be held responsible .
